How many kilometers can I drive?
Your mileage is unlimited. We don't charge extra for it.
Who is allowed to drive the rental car?
You can add an extra driver for free. Keep in mind that as the primary renter you remain liable for any damage.
How can I pay?
You can pay by PIN, bank transfer, or cash.
How am I insured?
You are always all-risk insured with us. Depending on the rental amount, your deductible is €500 or €1000.
Can I rent a car for less than 5 days?
No. Our minimum rental period is 5 days.
What do I do if I'm involved in an accident?
Turn on your hazard lights, don't move the vehicle, and call +5999-199. Let us know immediately too.
What do I do if I get a flat tire?
All our cars have a spare tire and the tools. Can't change it yourself? Call us and we'll come help.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, we do. Let us know when you make your reservation.
